After a gap of four years we are back with the old name www.khasilit.org which we lost for a short time. We welcome scholars, researchers, teachers, students and people interested in Khasi to visit our website. We want to give information on Khasi as a community, literature, language, culture, events and the latest books in the language.

It is our desire to provide a synopsis of books written in Khasi to our readers so that they become aware of what is going on in Khasi literature. The materials which will be uploaded in the website are taken from books written and published by us. It our desire to assist our Khasi friends in different parts of the world to be in touched with their roots. You are free to take materials from the website, however, we would like to request that you acknowledge our website. As far as possible we will try to provide vital links to other websites which give information on Khasi; in this way scholars and research will benefit from browsing this website. The website is designed by Mr. Blesson Abraham Zachariah and it owners are Dr. Sylvanus Lamare, Prof. (Mrs.) Streamlet Dkhar and the "ESES Plus Publications" unit.
